About Us

TLP Engineering is one of Central Florida’s leading civil engineering firm, with a highly skilled team of principal engineers specializing in Transportation, Land Development and Public Works. TLP’s principals offer clients the diversified skills and acumen to successfully handle the planning, design, permitting and execution of any small- to large-scale, high-profile engineering project.

TLP Engineering was established in 2006 with the vision to develop a highly specialized engineering firm that would attract a talented team of engineers who could be considered subject matter experts in their respective fields. Ten years later, TLP Engineering is home to some of the area’s most talented civil engineers, whose skill level and extensive knowledgebase is represented in every project they produce.

TLP was founded based on four guiding principles: 1) exceeding client’s expectations as they relate to quality, schedule and sensitivity to budget; 2) being proactive and responsive to client’s needs; 3) establishing an office environment that promotes the utmost professionalism and ethics and 4) being at the leading edge of technological advancement and innovation to streamline the production process.  Although we are a small business, our principals and staff bring a wealth of “large firm” experience that makes us very unique and capable to handle any size project while providing our clients with the responsiveness of a small firm.

TLP’s principals have lived in Florida for over 30 years and have extensive knowledge of the local infrastructure needs, permitting processes, regulations, as well as potential design and execution challenges, making TLP Engineering an obvious choice for clients in the public and private sectors.

As a direct result of their reputation as industry experts, TLP’s engineers are regularly called upon to provide expert opinion for a variety of respected engineering publications. TLP is actively involved in the Central Florida engineering community and sit on the board for some of the industry’s most recognized organizations.
